By engaging our services, you provide explicit consent for White Glove Medicine's healthcare professionals to administer medical treatments as deemed necessary for your care. This consent covers all services offered, including but not limited to house calls, IV therapies, and testing services.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will receive a 50% refund. This policy helps us manage our resources efficiently and serve all patients effectively.
